I had an issue with my transmission and Mr. Travis was a great help. I offered to pay for at least a diagnostic but he refused. Most places would easily charge 200 and up or more fir this but he didn't. I was ready to pay and asked multiple times and he refused. I love the honesty and trustworthiness of what he is telling you. If you have problems please give them a call and get your needs taken care of.
I am very pleased with my experience with AAMCO. I needed a transmission and received top level customer service. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to address my transmission issue. I was given a couple of options for repair that were good paths for repair. They were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a course of action in less than 24 hours. The time for repair and cost were quick and reasonable. I will definitely return for other services and highly recommend them.
